Welcome to Noise. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of Services: Noise provides a platform for emerging artists to access workshops, studio time, distribution, and live performance opportunities. Our services are available to individuals aged 16 and over.
User Accounts: When you create an account or submit an application, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property: All content on the Noise website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Noise or its content suppliers. Artists retain full ownership of their masters and creative works at all times.
Artist Programme Terms: Artists accepted into Noise programmes retain 100% ownership of their masters. Noise does not take publishing rights or lock artists into long-term contracts. Specific programme terms will be provided upon acceptance.
Limitation of Liability: Noise provides its services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in our programmes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noise shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
